19. Continuity and Service Disruption

MPA Trader ApS is committed to maintaining ongoing access to all purchased materials. However, in the unlikely event of business closure, legal restrictions, platform termination, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to discontinue services or shut down the platform without prior notice.

In such cases:

• Access to the platform, courses, and community features may become permanently unavailable.

• No refunds or prorated compensation will be issued if the service becomes inaccessible due to unforeseen business disruption or closure.
